Deloitte’s Virtual Factory is a series of interactive sales enablement tools and AR installations designed to drive engagement and spark conversations with the Deloitte Digital crew.
Culminating in Virtual Factory 3.0, we worked with Deloitte to develop extended versions of the experience—each one building on the success of previous years. From a 24-page comic book complete with embedded AR markers (and a ton of hidden Easter eggs) to a fully fledged rubber duck factory, we seamlessly blended real-world use cases with fun, story-driven content for Deloitte’s sales reps.
My role focused on creating a wide range of environments and props that formed the foundation of the virtual factory. Every asset was designed and optimized for real-time rendering, balancing visual quality with performance to ensure a smooth interactive experience.
The entire project was built in Unity, where the environments came together as a fully interactive experience. Working on a real-time production of this scale required close attention to optimization, modular asset creation, and maintaining a cohesive visual style across the entire virtual space.
The project was developed through an ongoing collaboration with Deloitte, evolving over multiple iterations to create an experience that encouraged exploration, increased engagement, and made advanced industrial technologies easier to understand through interactive storytelling.
