Lumen needed to introduce Strategic Technology Partnerships without turning it into a slide deck, because the work stays abstract until you can see it. bully! shaped the narrative and visuals to translate STP into a story that plays in seconds, not paragraphs.
We built a conceptual city inspired by Lumen brand imagery. At the center is a fragmented shard that represents a partner concept. Around it, STP’s five teams appear as abstract construction machinery, each with a distinct role in stabilizing, aligning, and connecting that idea to a global marketplace.
For the Lumen STP project, I served as the Lead of the Production Department, overseeing both the creative and technical aspects of the production pipeline. My responsibilities included assembling and managing the project in Unreal Engine, creating and integrating characters, developing cinematic camera animations, and ensuring the overall visual quality of the final product.
A significant part of my role involved collaborating with freelance artists, providing clear artistic and technical direction, defining project requirements, reviewing deliverables, and helping maintain a consistent visual standard across all assets.
Beyond production management, I was actively involved in solving a wide range of technical and artistic challenges throughout development. This included troubleshooting pipeline issues, optimizing workflows, balancing creative vision with production constraints, and helping the team navigate complex problems to keep the project moving forward efficiently.
The project required a combination of leadership, communication, technical problem-solving, and hands-on production work, making it a valuable experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a high level of visual quality.
